As the RTE,
• Support and coach the teams Agile Release Train (ART) by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering technology solutions in large, cross-functional environment
• Identifies the gaps and provides ongoing coaching on Lean-Agile practices to PMs, SMs, teams and the Business; coach team members to reach their highest potential within the Agile framework
• Organizes, facilitates and manages Program Planning, Art Sync, and Inspect & Adopt events
• Conducts ART syncs, preparing the ART for effective and well-prepared for PI Planning
• Manages ART's Portfolio Kanban ensuring consistency in the flow of Epics through the Kanban
• Conducts Inspect & Adopt even, identifying OFIs, conducting Root Cause Analysis and ensuring the improvements are implemented; ensures continuous grow and maturity of the ART.
• Conducts training and working sessions around Scrum and SAFe practices
• Lead LACE and various COPs
• Schedules and facilitates all Scrum events for 1 or 2 teams
• Leads and moderates user story, feature, and capability estimation
• Removes roadblocks for the team and helps PMs to deliver on Epic Objectives
• Ensures team's continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, reporting and analysis to identify areas of opportunity
• Works with teams and vendors to prepare for PI Planning
• Manages Epic risks
• Manages work in Jira, Confluence and Mural or Miro; able to create Jira dashboards

• Understand business needs and working collaboratively with business stakeholders and team members to deliver value to our customers
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, fellow employees and the Business

Required Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of advanced level understanding of Scaled Agile principles and practices
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean
• Understanding of technical issues, and an ability to apply strong analytical, problem-solving skills; ability to facilitate technical discussions
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methods and standards including the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems or products
• Skilled in operating modern computers and related software; advanced proficiency with Jira
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Must be a relationship builder, a communicator, and must be able to help team members to reach their highest potential within the Agile framework

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• One or more certifications or equivalent experience: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Certified Scrum Professional--ScrumMaster (CSP-SM), Certified Team Coach (CTC), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or other Agile project/program management methodologies.
