SAFe Transformation Coach :

- Drive corporate SAFe transformation efforts.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with different Agile Release Trains (ARTs) as part of central SAFe transformation team.
- Provide expertise and leadership for multiple teams, senior enterprise leaders, and product development lifecycles
- Drive cultural change and lead transformation initiatives
- Challenge conventional thinking that interferes with change efforts
- Coach groups of teams, including establishing new teams and promoting best practices
- Facilitate discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate complex problems impeding teams' delivery and progress
- Collaborate with senior enterprise leadership to drive the maturity of processes and practices and facilitate continuous improvements
- Identify learning and development opportunities for teams on agile methodology, principles, and tools, while customizing and delivering training materials as needed

Required Qualifications :

- Relevant experience as a SAFe SPC or Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- SAFe SPC certification
- Proven experience in Agile Development and coaching
- Ability to provide a written account of how you have facilitated a SAFe transformation in a large organization
