Safety Manager

An agricultural client of Insight Global is looking for a Safety Manager to join their team. The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. This role involves conducting risk assessments, training employees, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- OSHA 510 or OSHA 30
- Review and approve all JSAs (job safety analysis) in detail at the task location
- Monitor field activities at a very high frequency identifying high risk tasks and proposing methods to complete task safely.
- Complete Comprehensive Safety Inspections at a frequency consistent with job hazards
- Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses to determine causes and preventive measures.
