What You Will Learn:

The CPD Target Sales Analytics Analyst activates and executes in-store marketing aligned to brand essence yet tailed to customer specificities. As the Sales Analytics Analyst, you will assist in developing brand strategy at the account by leveraging customer insights, data, and account levers to drive growth with the multi-functional team.

Main Tasks:
  • Supports Account Directors in delivering brand objectives while working cross-functionally to effectively meet customer marketing needs.
  • Support end-to-end execution of in-store activations, including obtaining customer buy-in, developing 360 plans, setting up displays, etc.
  • Utilize consumer and customer analytics to evaluate impact of activation efforts.
  • Communicate retailer expectations and timelines with internal activation teams (e.g., brand activation); owns customer specific processes and activations.


Team Contributor
  • Supports Customer Marketing on all fundamental analysis required.
  • Drive the business as key member, by collaborating with multifunctional team and leveraging all insights to drive brand growth. Maintains all customer marketing reporting needed to run the business.


What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a business analysis role

  • Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.

  • Proven knowledge of retailer strategies and objectives
  • Strong knowledge of retailer data/syndicated data
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • Digital Tools knowledge (i.e. Clavis, Kwikee, EDS)
  • Deep knowledge of beauty and personal care, specifically for given category

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: 64,200-89,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
