Sales and Customer Service Rep in Anoka, MN

Shifts:Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay:$ 20-24 Per hour, paid weekly!

Job description:Answering inbound calls, enter orders, make outbound calls, help customers through HubSpot, follow up with production on product due dates and ship dates. Help customers determine the parts they need for their machine. Looking for someone that can hit the ground running. Someone that is quick to learn new task, learning the parts and what machines they go on. We make parts for trencher attachments, horizontal directional drills, elevating scrapers, feller buncher, mulchers and stump grinders. It is important to have someone that knows the industry.

• Process orders through the ERP system
  
• Educate dealers (and their sales team) on our product offerings, the product features, and benefits
  
• Develop technical and application knowledge of Ballantine products
  
• Make outbound phone calls daily to prospects and existing customers to generate business.
  
• Identify and recommend product to customers and dealers based on their needs
  
• Respond to customer return requests

Requirement:

• Excellent PC and internet skills, including experience using Microsoft Office
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Aftermarket Parts experience preferred but not required
  
• 3+ year of Customer Service experience
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude
