The Sales Systems Administrator / Coordinator is an individual whose responsibilities include maintaining the sales systems, preparing reports and analysis, as well as provide support to the Sales and Events team. Highly organized, detail oriented, analytically minded, good oral and written communication skills are of utmost importance. The Sales Systems Administrator / Coordinator has to manage confidential information, so the ability to monitor private information and maintain compliance standards are a must. Qualifications:
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required)
  • Excellent Customer Relations, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Understanding of Sales and Events operations and systems
  • Prior experience in Hotel Sales/Events and/or Event Planning preferred
  • Must be able to work independently and confidently.
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge and systems such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs, includes nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
