Core Responsibilities
  • Team lead on sales compensation governance - manages and supports the enterprise ecosystem of sales remuneration committees and supporting stakeholders; oversees and provides reporting on the implementation of our enterprise philosophy and guiding principles with sales compensation (and recommends enhancements when appropriate); maintains our policies/methodologies specific to sales compensation on periodic processes such as benchmarking and executes directly and/or through other Total Rewards teams.
  • Supports teammates with the periodic administration of sales compensation plans - e.g. processing of sales bonus payments to crew through the Xactly ICM and the design of sales incentives and annual bonus plans.
  • Oversees the data within the HRIS to ensure the accuracy of compensation information including merit and incentive calculations, approvals for award payments, and payment records.
  • Coaches and contributes to the development of compensation analysts.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Five years related work experience, with at least Two years of Compensation experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Progress toward CCP preferred.
