Day-to-day:

Insight Global is seeking a Head of Sales for one of our clients who is in the XR marketing industry. Our client specializes in creating digital and immersive projects for businesses.

As the Head of Sales, you will be building out a sales pipeline and network. You would be targeting mid-market clients to generate revenue and build long lasting relationships. The role would eventually evolve into the CRO.
• Prospect the deals (cold calling, lead generation, CRM management, etc.)
• Work with the team to gather requirements on these clients they want to build, form their budget, etc.
• Form a sales plan / negotiate with the client
• Close the deal and sign contract with the client

Work with C Suite to continue to building on their book of business

Perm Salary: base 30k - can go up to 120-130k with OTE (commission 5-7%)

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years in tech or software sales (B2B)
- Digital marketing experience
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- - Strong sales personality

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience marketing / selling XR, AI/AV/VR services/software

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
