Insight Global is looking for a Sales Development Representative to sit in Alpharetta, GA supporting a Dental Practice Software Management group. The SDR's responsibilities will mainly be formulated around outbound calling to dental offices throughout the US/Canada trying to generate leads/schedule demos with their software solution. This company sells their SaaS application to dental offices that is used for scheduling, billing, texting, patient engagement, implementations, patient credentials, business information, etc. Having a positive mindset, a go-getter work ethic, and an outgoing personality is what the team is looking for. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales or recruiting position but the team is open to recent grads/minimal experience. This position would be on-site M-F with potential to earn Friday remote work.

- Experience working in a high-volume call/email setting (~70+ calls daily)
- Basic customer service skills
- Positive mindset -- culture is HUGE
Plusses:

- Experience presenting to executive leadership
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
