About the role:

Improving is growing! Nearly 2000 Improvers strong, we are expanding to better serve internal and external stakeholders as we build out our inside sales teams.



As a member of our sales development team you will have the opportunity to blaze your own career path as you make your mark on Improving and our clients.



This is a hybrid role located in St. Louis, MO.


Responsibilities

Successful candidates will:
  • Have a minimum of 1 year in a prior sales role
  • Make 60-80 prospect touchpoints per day across phone, email, video, LinkedIn and other channels (this is an Outbound role)
  • Understand the importance of thoughtful, prospect-centric communication
  • Be a strong communicator with managers, directors & other decision makers and influencers
  • Be able to understand our prospects in order to diagnose situations where Improving can help Be a student of sales, constantly learning from your leadership, peers, and most importantly outside sources
  • Collaborate well with others in a matrixed environment (peers, AEs, Directors, SMEs, etc)
  • Have experience in a sales engagement platform (preferably Outreach.io), CRMs (we use Dynamics), and LinkedIn Sales Nav
