Overview

Reporting to the Leader, Client and Customer Experience, this role is pivotal in creating an exceptional experience for our visitors at our flagship brand experience center located in NYC and supporting its operations. The coordinator will serve as ambassador of the facility and facilitate customer and event operations as well as administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience and Facility Readiness:

Greet guests upon arrival in our showroom.
Learn the motivation for their visit and provide a tour, product information, or align them with the appropriate team member to help them accomplish their goals.

Ensure all areas of the showroom are clean, properly displayed and quickly problem solve any necessary repairs or maintenance.

Communication Management:
Answer, direct, and track incoming phone calls and emails and manage events in
facility scheduling software platform.
Track and maintain showroom visits and other KPIs.
Manage customer sign-ins, appointments, and customer job folders.
Prepare and send pre and post visit communications, literature, thank you cards, and other materials to visitors.

Meeting and Event Coordination:
Book meetings and events.
Maintain the schedule for showroom events.
Work with the NYC Center Leader and Sales Experience Coordinator, to coordinate events, including invitations, food/beverage arrangements, and all aspects of event planning and execution.
Be on-site for events, including some evenings and weekends.

Travel Arrangements:
Schedule tours, arrange transportation, hotels, meals, and airfare for visitors.
Manage relationships with external vendors supporting activities, including hotels,
restaurants, and caterers.

Training and Development:

Participate in and lead some training sessions as appropriate.

Project and Report Assistance:
Assist with projects and reports, including the development of documents,
spreadsheets, and presentations.
Assist the NYC Center Leader with coordination, communication, and execution of the National Sales Conference.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven experience as a hospitality professional, production coordinator,
receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role in a high-traffic, customer-
facing environment.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and CRM software.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

High level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the kitchen and bath industry and high-end plumbing products is a plus.

Hiring Range

The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $50,000- $75,000 annually. (Salary offer to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
