Position/Title: Sales Intern
Under the Direction: Chief Revenue Officer
Compensation: College Credit available - This position is non-paid
Position Overview:
Carolina Core FC is an independent MLS Next Pro club based in High Point, NC. The club is currently seeking a Sales Intern responsible for actively selling new season tickets, premium/VIP suites, loge boxes, on-field experiences, group tickets, themed single game packages, and renewals. In the best interest of personal and professional growth, interns will learn how to conduct outbound calls, generate ticket/merchandise revenue, and lead face to face meetings with potential customers. Additional responsibilities may include events within 40 miles of CCFC Headquarters.

List of Activities:
- Undergo sales training to understand our process and procedures for selling tickets
- Make phone calls and talk to customers on a daily basis
- Represent CCFC at events and locations and engage with potential customers
- Use CRM software to track and manage all calls, deals, and client meetings
- Complete projects based on needs by the sales team with new details to work on at any time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask in high pressure environment as well as take direction and apply sound judgment in decisions
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and meet hard deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of soccer is a plus, but not required
- Ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, ability to work effectively with others, and a high level of professionalism. Must be reliable, self motivated and dependable
