Sales Manager

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 / year DOE

Sales Manager Requirements:

• 5-10 years of international logistics sales experience
• Experience in outside, B2B sales
• CRM experience Monday.com is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly with a commitment to achieving sales goals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of work ethic, patience and the ability to adapt to different sales cycles
• Must be willing to travel as needed for client development and business needs

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage at least 2 direct reports
• Engage in B2B sales, focusing on selling logistics and transportation solutions
• Build and manage client relationships with both new and existing clients, starting locally
• Meet and exceed predetermined sales targets
• Utilize CRM tools and online portals for lead generation and client management
• Attend and contribute to annual meetings to provide insight and understand global operations and culture
