Department: Corporate Partnerships Supervisor: Sr. Director, Corporate Partnerships Classification: Full Time/Exempt

This position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and fostering partnership through the Corporate Partnership Sales team. This position involves spearheading new business growth, managing partnership accounts and supporting the organization in maximizing partnership revenue across all departments.

  • Develop, build and maintain relationships with current and prospective strategic business clients and partners by prospecting, cold calling, hosting client meetings, cultivating relationships, developing written proposals and closing revenue driven agreements.
  • Assist in the development of new business strategies, marketing materials and corporate programs across all revenue generating departments.
  • Lead and manage business relationships that are essential to delivering growth, including planning, coordinating and executing across all strategic and operational initiatives
  • Foster both traditional corporate opportunities and non-traditional business packages.
  • Research, develop and maintain a list of local, regional, national and international business prospects for potential outreach.
  • Assist in all business operation areas to meet (and/or exceed) the overall goal of maximizing revenue.
  • Maintain and build strong business relationship with intent to up-sell across departments and maintain a high renewal rate.
  • Perform additional duties as may be assigned from time to time by department heads.
  • Maintain business database records for all strategic clients and prospects through CRM software.
  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Assist in processing business invoices and partner requests.
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment while sometimes balancing varying other job duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and/or Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant and related experience in sales (sports, entertainment and/or advertising sales)
  • Experience successfully working across levels and functional areas in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (i.e., technical, creative and executive team).
  • Possess a passion for negotiation and a proven record of overcoming objectives in order to achieve a sales goal.
  • Demonstrated quick learner with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with different personalities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong writing, proposal creation and organizational skills.
  • Creative marketing and sales minded individual.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of organization and sales resourcefulness.


Work Environment This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. The noise level is usually moderate, but can be loud within the stadium environment.
