About the Team:

Are you looking for your next sales role in a fast moving, exciting environment and not to mention an award-winning team? The U.S New Business Sales team is dedicated to generating new business through new account acquisition.

About the Job:

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a desk-based new business team that operates within our Chicago office. They will sell all XpertHR products and solutions to all client groups both public and private sector, from SMEs to blue chip multi-national.

You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Building and formulating a strategy for your team to hit target, and then execute.
  • Working to build effective MI and data to identify performance strengths and weaknesses.
  • Working closely with the reward stakeholder matrix (SD's, MD, product and technology).
  • Improving penetration opportunities for sales identifying actionable strategies.
  • Handling and interpreting previous and current sales performance data to evidence decision making around the pipeline, forecasting and strategy.
  • Managing a team of sales reps to meet and exceed individual and team objectives.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in sales.
  • 3+ years sales management experience of managing sales teams, including demonstrating a proven track record.
  • Have Bachelors' in a relevant subject (business, HR, law) is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience leading, managing, and coaching a team to success.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
