Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in various sales and marketing activities. The Sales Intern will gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, customer interactions, and market research while supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties and support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying).
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposal, contracts, or banquet event orders).
• Answer guest questions about property facilities/ services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone or in person to gather information about their needs and preferences.
• Manage hotels tour and travel clientele. this is to include contracting, servicing and identifying potential clients.
• Building social media campaigns and Marketing.
• Preparing promotional materials and presentations.
