Amazon Lockers are self-service kiosks placed in convenience stores, grocery stores, shopping centers, transit stations, multifamily buildings and other retail locations with high customer density. To pick-up orders or drop-off returns, customers select a Locker on the website; receive a code, and then collect or drop-off the package at their convenience. In support of growing and maintaining this network, we are looking for a Sales Operations candidate to design and deliver tooling solutions for the WW Pickup and Returns organization.

Amazon is looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed individual with great relationship management to join the Amazon Hub team as a Sales Operations. The ideal candidate will partner with country operators around the globe, including Business Development, Quality, Operations and Marketing and with our supplier strategy team to build and improve new processes. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to identify business needs and design/implement solutions. They will update leadership team on project or activity status, escalates as necessary and holds participants accountable for inputs through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set including analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, deep curiosity about how things work, a passion for solving problems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Sales Operations candidate will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will deliver simple solutions to complex problems. The ideal candidate will work independently and be comfortable influencing across multiple teams at all levels, both internal and external.

Key job responsibilities

- Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce and other business tools to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.

- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.

- Manage a release process to test, validate and implement new applications/code, and updates to existing applications/code that support key business groups.

- Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to Salesforce.

- Hands on configuration and data migration experience to execute on projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience

- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
