Job Title: Insurance Sales Operations Analyst

Duration: 9 Months

Location: 100% Remote

Pay Rate: $25- $28/hr on W2
  • Work at home - EST is preferred.

Job Description:

Duties:
  • This position is 100% remote and candidates can be sourced from across the US as long as they're able to support the EST schedule.
  • Candidates must have a quiet and private working environment.

Candidates must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection:
  • The Sales Operation Analyst, within Producer Operations, will support producer licensing validation and commission payments for our US Employer group insurance products.
  • This includes following state regulations governing producers and performing routine compliance functions related to contracting, license verification, appointments and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Additionally, the analyst will administer producer commission in the appropriate systems, solve problems, and ensure internal/external business partner satisfaction.
  • Able to process high volumes of routine producer transactions in accordance with defined procedures and compliance rules.
  • Respond to inquiries from business partners and/or external producers in accordance with defined metrics in a clear, customer focused and professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed timing and quality standards.
  • Consistently demonstrate strong planning, organization and time management skills.
  • Active engagement with team members and business partners in meetings and training sessions. Contributes ideas, shares knowledge, and asks questions, demonstrating critical thinking skills.
  • Maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Be open to feedback about general performance or specific events.

Skills:
  • Experience in data processing is required, 1-3 years preferred.
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills.
  • Results oriented with high attention to detail is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Acts independently and requires minimal direction.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attire.
  • Intermediate PC Skills.
  • Experience working in a remote environment preferred.
  • Expertise in various systems (Sircon, Varicent preferred but not required).

Education:
  • Associates Degree preferred.
