What we expect

• Manage cross-functional communication related to material availability and customer shipments
• Serve as a liaison between Customer Service and other departments (ie. Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales)
• Provide and analyze daily reports for continuous improvements
• Participate in projects as the customer service expert to ensure customer needs are met

Who we are looking for

• Prior relevant customer service experience in the manufacturing industry
• Must possess excellent strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
• Experience executing daily reporting and data analysis
• Experience working on project teams such as system implementations or process improvements
• Possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to adapt to change
• Must have experience with Microsoft office applications and Excel (intermediate level)
• Experience with SAP
• High school diploma plus minimum 4 years relevant experience required
