Insight Global is sourcing for a Sales Order Management Specialist for an IT Security company based out of Waltham, MA. As the Sales Order Management Specialist, you will be joining the Finance organization and specially joining the Global Sales Order Administration team. You will be responsible for partnering with the 5 other Sales Order Admins to review order documentation, Purchase Orders, Sales Quotes, Legal Documents, Tex Certificates and more to ensure the customer's order submitted meets the business policies prior to finale submission. To be successful in this position, you will need to have prior Order Management experience, be comfortable working cross-functionally across the Sales teams, Finance teams, Legal teams and Operations teams. When starting this role, you will be assigned a geographic territory to handle the company's customer and partner orders. You will be joining a dedicated group of professionals who care about improving healthcare and beyond. Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 2+ years of professional working experience in Order Management
- Expertise utilizing Salesforce, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Experience processing orders for hardware and software licensing
- Prior experience in a fast-pace environment, obtains a high sense of urgency, and is comfortable cross-collaborating
- Experience processing high-volume of orders (10-15 per day)

- Salesforce Lightening experience
- NetSuite experience
- International Order Management experience
