Sales Training Analyst

Position Summary:

The Training Analyst will be responsible for the instructional design and delivering ALLDATA product and upskill training for the enterprise. S/he will partner closely with Leadership, other team members, and cross-functional stakeholders across the business to provide world-class training and enablement programs both digitally and in person.

Position Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement in training salesforce
• Define learning objectives and key learning points in conjunction with stakeholders
• Develop and generate high-quality instructional education material to convey complex and technical subjects in plain English. This could include, for example, text, video, animation, recorded presentations or e-learning formats using design best practices, required templates and SOP frameworks etc within time and budget constraints
• Develop and maintain training modules that meet the target audience's key learning objectives. Modules need to be succinct, easy to follow, and formatted for self-learning, considering appropriate adult learning techniques
• Monitor objectives and results and make improvement recommendations
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
• Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved, skill and knowledge improvement)
• Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars
• Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
• Manage LMS (Learning Management System) on an ongoing basis
• Be innovative and creative in the use of language, graphics, animations, interactions, audio and video
• Working closely with other business partners such as product management, Customer Retention, Content Management, and Sales leadership to understand ALLDATA products and design and deliver Sales Training that supports sales revenue and effectiveness
• Build strong business relationships and collaborate with teams in an Agile environment
• Other responsibilities may be assigned

Position Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in education, human resources, Liberal Arts or Applied Science required. A combination of work experience and a formal training certificate would be acceptable.
• At least 5 year of proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in Adult Learning
• Expertise in content technology (e-Learning, LMS, multimedia tools) and proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise, and/or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage a full training cycle; both in classroom activities and web-based learning
• Excellent project management, time, administration, communication, and organizational skills
• Former experience as a Sales Professional or a Trainer in a SaaS environment is highly desired

Salary: $62,900 - 105,000
Compensation Range (USD): MIN 62900.0 - MID 84000.0 - MAX 105000.0
