Kooltronic is currently hiring an individual to fill the role of Sales/Customer Service Administrator based at our corporate office in Pennington, NJ. The ideal candidate will possess a high attention to detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys customer interaction and solving problems. Overall responsibilities include supporting the sales department and facilitating customer service inquiries. The job is 100% in-office (not remote).

Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (flexible schedule)

Key Job Responsibilities:

Supports Sales Department efforts of the Regional Sales Managers and independently manages Customer Service issues by performing the following duties:

  • Collate and review all orders for processing and approval.
  • Identify, quote and process orders for spare parts to new and existing customers. These requests for quotes may originate from phone, emails, or web inquiries.
  • Assist accounting to resolve customer credit issues.
  • Occasionally assist with operating company switchboard.
  • Facilitate Customer Service inquiries between customer and other departments for troubleshooting and repairs.

Education and/or Experience:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Computer Skills:

  • Experience with CRM sofrware and usage methodology preferred.
  • Micorosft Office Suite proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook).
