Our well known Financial Services client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with over 2 years of proven experience to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform. Prior experience within the financial services sector is preferred. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce administration, with a focus on user management, system configuration, and data integrity. Experience in asset management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure Salesforce, including creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, and more.
• Provide end-user support, training, and develop educational resources to maximize Salesforce usage.
• Maintain data integrity through data management and cleanup projects, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
• Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and process automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate Salesforce capabilities and limitations, and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Utilize JIRA and other project management tools to track and manage Salesforce-related projects.
• Apply advanced Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience with Salesforce, with a preference for experience in financial services, particularly asset management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce's administrative tasks, including user and data management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations, with the ability to communicate these to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of JIRA and project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43 to $47 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
