Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Piper Enterprise Solutions is currently looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to work a hybrid role(2x a week in office) for an IT consulting company in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities for the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst include:
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommendations for Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
• Perform data analysis and mapping within Salesforce.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes, pain points, and goals.
• Ability to understand Salesforce functionality, including service cloud, community cloud, and Salesforce experience portals.
• Salesforce configuration, customization and development.

Qualifications for the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst include:
• 4 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst .
• Salesforce Administration certification.
• Strong understanding of both Salesforce functionality and business processes.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.

Compensation for the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst includes:
• Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000 based on experience
• Hybrid role: 2 days in office 3 days remote
