Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin to join our team at one of our largest higher education clients. The University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) team engages with alumni, students, and donors to support higher institution goals by handling communications, fundraising, data management, and donor relations. SFMC is the school's enterprise email tool for overall advancement and their online giving application.

In this role, you will manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing, lead reporting on email engagement, and support the online giving platform. This role involves working with campus partners, ensuring technical accuracy, and staying updated on new web communication trends. 70% of the role involves general day to day support, onboarding and training new u , creating and managing email trends, running workshops, end user support, problem solving, and team collaboration. 30% will be working on special initiatives or projects, supporting the online giving application, or other enterprise tools. Standout individuals will have experience from a higher Ed or non-profit background and meet the below requirements, and/or are eager to streamline process management/create continuity documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support related role, & obtained Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin or Salesforce Email Specialist Certification.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (ideally Teamwork Desk)
Experience with email marketing systems, CRM, and application administration.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to translate technical speak to over 200 u .
Technical skills in email and web production.
Ability to multitask and solve problems.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Understanding of web communication rules and regulations.
Ability to author self-help, continuity, and/or process management documentation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
Higher education or non-profit experience.
Experience writing technical documentation and tutorials.
