We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant specializing in Salesforce CPQ, Conga Composer, and Conga CLM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development and configuration, as well as experience in implementing and supporting Conga solutions for document generation, contract lifecycle management, and quoting. You will be responsible for delivering customized solutions that align with client needs while ensuring best practices are followed.

Job Description:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce CPQ, Conga Composer, and Conga Sign.
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product rules, pricing structures, and approval workflows.
  • Develop and customize Conga Composer templates for document generation, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration with Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and implement system enhancements.
  • Conduct training sessions for users and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
  • Perform unit testing and ensure solutions meet both functional and technical requirements.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce and Conga product updates and industry best practices to continuously enhance solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Proficiency in implementing and customizing Conga Composer for document generation.
  • Strong knowledge of Conga CLM for contract lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including flows, process builders, custom objects, and permission sets.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ processes such as pricing rules, product bundling, discounting, and approval workflows.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
