Our client, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the department and supporting the team.

What's the Job?
  • Apply expertise in Salesforce programming languages to design and build customized solutions, including Apex codes, triggers, lightning web components, and API Integrations.
  • Analyze historical sales data, stock levels, and product trends using machine learning to identify opportunities for real-time inventory management.
  • Conduct elicitation techniques like questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming sessions, focus groups, and interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Salesforce system, such as stock accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and carrying costs.
  • Develop SQL queries to extract and manipulate data using Azure SQL Database, enhancing data extraction and reporting processes.
  • Assist data scientists in collecting, processing, and analyzing real-time data using Python scripts within Azure Data Factory.
  • Perform System Analysis and GAP Analysis to understand the current processes and design future processes using Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN).
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to create mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
  • Ensure the user interface of the Salesforce system aligns with user needs through the creation of UI/UX mockups.
  • Design and implement data transformations within Azure Data Factory for real-time inventory management.
  • Utilize various resources to resolve questions and problems, including working with consultants, self-help, and Salesforce support.
  • Execute job functions with minimal supervision, demonstrating time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Mentor and guide peers, providing expertise in Salesforce administration and development.
  • Ensure industry/technology best practices are followed for securing applications.
  • Work well in a team environment, demonstrating respect for all individuals and adhering to company values and policies.

What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or applicable business degree from an accredited university OR Relevant business technical experience
  • Extensive technical experience in Salesforce implementing business capabilities with Salesforce Programming experience and/or certifications, with a specialty in Salesforce Lightning or Classic
  • Knowledge of Apex Code, Web components, APIs, and/or RFC connections
  • Understanding/knowledge of relational Salesforce database management
  • Proficient with MS Office Tools
  • Excellent collaboration, communication skills, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
