Salesforce Engineer

Our client, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the Merchant Force Team supporting Amex Merchant customers, prospects, sales, and account management. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Desert Ridge, Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)

What's the Job?

• Develop and implement Salesforce declarative solutions, customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations impacting multiple platforms and products.
• Perform code reviews, participate in ad-hoc pair programming, and contribute to the iterative improvement of tools, automation, and practices within the team.
• Enhance and maintain CI/CD workflow tools and processes.
• Analyze business requirements, architect, and estimate solutions at various scales.
• Collaborate closely with product partners and engineering teams to lead the solution cycle and facilitate discussions to resolve conflicts.

What's Needed?

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with 6+ years as a Salesforce Developer.
• Multiple Salesforce implementations, strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SFDX, and hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of application, data security, compliance standards, and enterprise-scale engineering practices.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Developer, and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
