Salesforce FSL Developer/Lead
Job Location: El Segundo, CA or REMOTE
Roles & Responsibilities

• Analysis on existing architecture, orchestration, workflow structure, back-end front end architecture/experience
• Technology investigation and / or Proof on Concept work.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Salesforce technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions
• Explore architecture layers and propose innovative solutions to meet business needs
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and challenges
• Utilize Salesforce sandbox for development and testing purposes
• Documenting architecture design of multilayer technologies
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in integration development

Skill Requirement:

• Design & development experience using Salesforce , excellent proficiency & hands-on in Salesforce Field Service Lightning
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and other integration technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in integration development Salesforce
• Strong understanding of architecture layers and multilayer technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to exploring and implementing solution skills

Nice to have: (bonus points):

• Good to have knowledge with Nokia workflow builder (a plus, but not required) & familiarity with Java/Spring Boot, Angular, React, spark and microservices
• Good to have knowledge and /or development experience in MuleSoft

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $52,000 - $131,600 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
