Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Release Engineer to join one of the top consulting and advisory firms on a large health and human services project. This role will focus heavily on building and enhancing release and deployment infrastructure for multiple Salesforce products using Copado's suite of tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in Salesforce engineering and release management with in-depth experience using Copado's CI/CD solutions.

Additional responsibilities include:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including development, testing, and business teams, to understand release requirements.

Develop release plans, timelines, and communication strategies for each Salesforce release cycle.

Coordinate release activities across different teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Lead the deployment process, including the planning, scheduling, and execution of releases.

Develop, configure and manage Copado tooling for CI/CD and release management of Salesforce applications.

Work closely with development and QA teams to validate deployment packages and resolve any deployment-related issues.

Provide training and support to team members on Copado usage, release management practices, and DevOps methodologies.

Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, new features, and industry best practices for release management and DevOps.

Pay Rate Range: $152,000 - $187,200

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in DevOps and/or release management roles

5+ years of experience working with Salesforce products/platforms

Experience working with Lightning Web Components, Apex or other Salesforce tools

Strong demonstrated technical experience with Copado Salesforce solutions

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Professional experience can be supplemented on a year by year basis

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and/or Service cloud
