Salesforce Solutions Architect

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to assist their team in an advisory program for a medical assessment non-profit client. The program consists of a 3-day onsite workshop in Philadelphia followed by a few weeks of remote collaboration (a couple hours a week).

The goal of the on-site workshop is to collaboratively define the client's current data environment, recommend options based on what's capable in their current software (Salesforce), and scope a larger initiative for the client's content management to activate an optimized knowledge base using Salesforce AI to improve customer support team capabilities. After the on-site workshop, IG will produce a report of findings and options for the client to house their data within Salesforce in the most optimal way for AI integration.

The Salesforce Solutions architect will be responsible for providing the team with SME level knowledge of all Salesforce data and AI capabilities. They will work collaboratively to dissect the client's current environment and contribute to identifying solutions with Salesforce expertise - what is and what's not possible within Salesforce, how we can house unstructured data in the most optimal way within Salesforce to act on AI features, what data/business requirements are needed to make these solutions happen, AI and chatbot capabilities within Salesforce, etc.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in a lead role delivering Salesforce projects (Salesforce Classic & Lightening view, Flare, Einstein - AI, Data Cloud, etc.)
- Salesforce certifications (EX: Certified Technical Architect (CTA), AI Specialist, Data Architect, Application architect)
- Strong communication skills with proven leadership working with both internal stakeholders and external partners

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working with healthcare or non-profit organizations
