Salesforce Technical PM/Product Owner

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to join their team. This will be onsite 1-2x per week in Juno Beach, FL. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce products. They collaborate with stakeholders, define product features, and prioritize the product backlog. This position combines tactical and strategic responsibilities to maximize value delivery.

Responsibilities:

Discovery and Delivery Roadmap:
Create a roadmap that clearly articulates timelines for product delivery.
Define expectations for when product features should be released.
Make decisions regarding product release timing.
Work closely with the team to determine what, when, why, and how to release features.
Product Strategy:
Understand details, features, functions, and stories within an Agile environment.
Align product items with the organizations strategy.
Gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs) and customers.
Trust individuals who provide detailed information.
Product Vision:
Develop an all-encompassing vision for the product.
Transform good ideas into impactful solutions.

Pay Rate: $50-55/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices.
- Ability to balance tactical and strategic aspects of product development.
- Experience working as a Product Owner/Manager
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills -this person will be working cross functionally with a lot of different teams and working with all levels of employees
- Possess at least one Salesforce certification
