Piper Companies is currently seeking a Sample Management (Retains) Specialist based in Durham, North Carolina for work at a leading pharmaceutical company. The Sample Management Specialist will support sample management best practices for a biologics manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities of the Sample Management Specialist:

• Collect and distribute samples
• Record daily data results, prepare spreadsheets and trend specific data as needed using gLIMS, Excel
• Update inventory records
• Document chain of custody for each sample
• Operate syringe/pipette

Qualifications of the Sample Management Specialist:

• Understanding of GMP, GDP, GLP, FDA requirements, other regulatory codes
• Bachelors degree in relevant field

Compensation for the Sample Management:

• $26-32/hr
