Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Conversion Lead who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Location: Wall Township, NJ. Work from home - Hybrid.

We are seeking a Senior Manager in SAP ISU Data Conversion.
Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP IS Utilities solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the migration of data using SAP Data Migration Strategy to ensure seamless transitions.
• Guide in SAP IS Utilities ABAP EMIGALL to develop and customize applications.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within ISU Master Data to support business processes.
• Develop and implement SAP Data Management strategies to optimize data handling and storage.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other business systems.
• Implement Pricing Management-Retail strategies to enhance pricing accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle Metering Management processes to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
• Enhance Customer Relationship Management systems to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
• Supervise Billing & Payments management to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of SAP experience, with a solid background in SAP ISU and Data Conversion
• Possess extensive experience in SAP IS Utilities ABAP EMIGALL, ISU Master Data, SAP Data Migration Strategy, and SAP Data Management.
• Demonstrate expertise in Pricing Management-Retail, Metering Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Billing & Payments management.
• Consistent track record of leading complex SAP projects and ensuring successful implementation.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
