Principal - Business Consulting (SAP Signavio )
Infosys Consulting is seeking SAP Transformation consultants looking for long-term growth and career enhancing opportunities leveraging SAP to solve our customer's most challenging issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of project experience from project prepare phase through deploy and run phases focusing business process management tools. Should have hands-on experience in SAP Signavio and how it should be leverage in a Utilities organization including process modelling, process mining and business transformation. The candidate should have strong business and SAP background and be experienced in interfacing with client executives, business, and IT client members in consultative project engagements.

About the Role
As a Principal, you will assist in the delivery and execution of engagements. You will build on your experience participating in and contributing to transformation programs. You will collaborate and interface with client counterparts on a daily basis. You will also be involved in developing innovative ideas and solutions with the objective of providing value-adding consulting services that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities include:
Project Execution
  • Lead the design, configuration and deployment of SAP Signavio solutions to meet client-specific needs
  • Develop process models, process maps and workflows using SAP Signavio tools
  • Ability to advise the client on best practices
  • Conduct process mining and analysis to uncover inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation; develop recommendations and initiate action
  • Deliver high quality outputs on time
  • Maintain a high utilization
  • Support and encourage teammates, share in work and tasks, helps others to meet team objectives
Practice Development
  • Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, training and retention
  • Participate in practice and company sponsored events
  • Build internal network
Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of customer-facing SAP project experience with a focus on business process modeling and optization
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including executive and higher management
  • Experience with working on high pressure engagements with strict timelines
  • Proactiveness towards identifying potential risks and agility to work across the teams on mitigation
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite (or similar) skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Experience with of Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverables
  • Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel 80%, typically Monday - Thursday
  • Undergraduate degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP Signavio or similar certifications
  • A contributor in project management of large ERP implementation projects and team
  • Strong personal and professional values; entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%, depending on client requirements
  • Ability and willingness to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
