Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Reporting Analyst who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role: SAP Reporting Analyst

Job Level: Senior Manager

Location: Marana, AZ. Work from home - Hybrid.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

We are seeking a Senior Manager in SAP Reporting.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Solid understanding of the SAP IS-U data model is a must, including experience in using IS-U Virtual Data Models (VDMs)
  • Analyze functional requirements and conduct vital architecture and design workshops within the analytics workstream
  • Responsible for crafting Analytical queries (with layers of CDS views) and expose model to SAC reports
  • Prepare logical and physical data models for the new processes
  • Design data structures to optimize data load times and end-user data access response times
  • Analyze and configure Analytics data environment (SAC, Datasphere, S/4HANA) to facilitate reporting and data analytics solutions.
  • Development of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere and backend embded analytics models within S/4HANA
  • Build and improve BI objects such as InfoObjects, Advanced DSO, composite providers, ODP data sources, InfoCubes, InfoSources/Data Sources, Master Data, Transformations, Update Rules, ODS, Extractors, Infosets, Aggregates, Process Chains, User Exits.
  • Analyze business requirements and interact with the business to define the proposed solution, performing analysis of underlying data source/schema and make recommendations to enhance report solution
  • Develop and deliver required technical solution, including documentation in accordance with the enterprise reporting and analytics strategy
  • Experience in Data Services extraction methods and approach to Snowflake
  • Develop test plans and perform testing including unit and development level integration testing, as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the deployment and post-go-live phases.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP IS-U project delivery in a consulting environment.
Required Qualifications:

12+ years of SAP experience, with a proven background in ISU reporting analytics

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
