The Maintenance Journeyman will perform a variety of tasks to install, repair, and maintain all manufacturing equipment and the buildings while maintaining Lozier's quality and safety standards. The Journeyman will provide direction and guidance to the trainees and apprentices. Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn for this position.

A minimum of 4 years of Multi-Craft experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required for this position, specifically experience in electromechanical repairs, welding, hydraulic troubleshooting and blueprint reading. The position involves pneumatics, relay logic and PLC's. A two-year technical degree and/or industrial electrical experience is a plus. The individual must possess a good attendance record; have good communication skills, both written and oral; and have the ability to work independently or with a team. Additionally, the Trainer will administer the training program and perform hands on training with Maintenance employees.
