SCHEDULER - NURSING DEPARTMENT

PART-TIME 9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

The Scheduler will be responsible to complete all scheduling for the nursing staff; coordinate and maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of the patients while also eliminating unnecessary staff overages.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling of nursing staff
• Coordinate scheduling of mandatory meetings
• Educate new employees regarding the scheduling system and expectations
• Maintains tardy/attendance calendar on all nursing staff

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• One (1) year scheduling experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• May be required to work overtime and flexible hours
