Job Overview:This role will be instrumental in advancing our clients programs through the design, optimization, and analysis of nanoparticle-based formulations, contributing to groundbreaking work in immunotherapy.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Independently conduct and refine experiments to advance innovative drug delivery systems
• Synthesize and characterize advanced drug formulations using cutting-edge analytical methods
• Develop scalable synthesis processes tailored for both preclinical research and future growth
• Assess formulation efficacy through cell-based assays, driving insights into therapeutic impacts

Primary Job Requirements:

• Ph.D. 1-2 years post doc or industry experience specifically in nanoparticle development
• Must have hands-on experience in nanoparticle characterization and RNA quantitation techniques
• Ideal candidates will have experience in downstream process development or analytical formulation, preferably with LNPs or polymers
• Experience with micro-fluidic production, adaptability to new technologies, and familiarity with immunological assays is a plus
