  • 8+ years experience as scrum master for software development projects.
  • Experience in ADO (Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Safe, XP etc.).
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Scrum master certification is a plus.
  • Experience with software development life cycle, waterfall, and agile principles.
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Experience understanding technical issues at a high level.
  • Experience using Agile/Project Management Tools Azure DevOps/JIRA experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for team effectiveness in products and solutions delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and sponsors/stakeholders from Management team.
  • Facilitate effective and focused team meetings/standups.
  • Strong organizational skills to address changing priorities.
  • Possess high level of adaptability and flexibility to manage all in/out of scope work items.
  • Focus on driving the projects critical components to completion and escalate when necessary.
  • The ability to remain calm but to actually thrive under pressure.
  • Hold themselves well as team members accountability/ownership for all deliverables.
  • Manages and tracks risks, issues and proactively look for mitigation options.
  • Focus on details and follow-through during lifecycle of project.
  • Fulfill and complete all required documentation (ex. Requirements/Scope).
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
