Job Description:

Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.

The Scrum Master/Business Analyst will serve as a dedicated team member who has the primary responsibility to support their self-organizing, self-managing team successfully achieve their daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives. Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.

? Proactively seeks opportunities to implement improvements to internal team processes
? Contributes to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organizations Agile project life cycle
? Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and processes on actual project/program engagements
? Agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) experience
? Works with their team(s) to meet established Sprint and Release goals through primary responsibilities of eliminating impediments, facilitating and training on agile processes, and leading continuous improvement efforts within their team
? Facilitates preparation and leading of agile process events including agile planning, demo/Sprint review and collaborative / design sessions Uses agile estimation techniques to help the team and program estimate features, epics, and user stories
? Conduct daily stand-up meetings, planning and review sessions, prioritize tasks and mitigate road blocks
? Strong writing and communication skills
? Agile certified

Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in Scrum
  • 10+ years of experience in Scrumworks
  • 7-10 years of experience in Agile Team Practices
