Scrum Master

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to guide our retail client through a pivotal Agile transformation local to Lawrence MA and able to come onsite 3 days a week. This role involves working closely with two dynamic teams, each comprising talented Product Owners, astute Product Managers, and insightful Business Analysts for one of our top retail clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, with a proven track record of facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality work.

Responsibilities include coaching team members on Agile principles, removing impediments to the teams' progress, and fostering an environment of open communication and collaboration. The Scrum Master will act as a liaison between the teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project goals with business objectives and facilitating a smooth workflow. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring project performance, reporting on progress, and providing insights into how processes can be optimized for efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree and any SAFe certifications
- Local to Lawrence MA and able to come onsite
- 3-5 years Scrum master Experience
- Retail Background
- Experience assisting or leading an agile transformation
- Experience working on 2 or more teams on a non technical skillset (ie. product owner, product manager, BA)
