Scrum Master: INTL -India

A Fortune 100 client is needing a Scrum Master to join their Data Product Management team, which is part of the Global Data, Analytics & Ai (D&AI) organization. This team are tasked with articulation of the vision and leading the implementation of PepsiCos next generation global Data infrastructure. The scope encompasses the full Strategy & Transformation agenda, leading all Data Product roadmap initiatives. A successful candidate will have expertise acting as a Scrum Master within enterprise environments, preferably within Data Analytics. The team that you would be joining is focused on ensuring on-time delivery for data products within subset organizations of PepsiCo. This team spans across Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Science lines of business and a successful candidate will need to know how to navigate between teams as priorities and deliverables change. There is one team to oversee, that is based in India and Europe but there may be a 2nd team added primarily in North America. Ability to manage time efficiently and excellent communication is key for success. This position will be based out of India or Eastern Europe where working hours will need to be flexible from 2PM IST to 11PM IST.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise level software release environment (ideally 8+ years)
Agile and/or SAFe expertise and best practices
Prior experience working in a Data Analytics organization and/or managing data engineering/data science teams
Able to manage teams in dispersed geographic locations
Excellent written and oral communication
Proactive in approach
Proficient in ADO (ability to customize)
Based in India or Eastern Europe

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Agile certified or SCRUM Certified or SAFE Certified
- IT Project Manager expertise (focus in SW development or Data Platforms)
- Working knowledge of MS Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, etc)
