Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Scrum Master/PM with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. Location: Plano, Texas

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible to conduct the scrum ceremonies track the project scope through the scrum process work with clients for resolving the impediments during execution raise the project risks and work for closure Building repo within team maintain the project cost details and get approvals trace the requirements and raise the CR as when it arises Prepare the SOW for the project and get it approved with clients on time Periodic Invoice submission and track for approval with client

Required Qualifications:

• Participate in required Scrum ceremonies.
• Complete assigned tasks and fulfill delivery timelines.
• Work with offshore/onsite developers on daily basis.
• Be POC for all Client/Business communication and delivery

• Prior Agile environment experience is Must
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Expert in MS Office suite specifically Excel
• Prior knowledge with JIRA, Confluence and other Atlassian tools is preferred
• Prior experience managing large distributed teams preferred
