Job Description

As a Greeter, you'll attend events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. In this sales-based role, you'll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience.

How You'll Shine:

• Greet and serve SeaWorld guests by making it easier and more enjoyable to arrive, check-in and stay at the property.
• Encourage people to come into the SeaWorld Marketing booth
• Provides services to the guest personally or refers requests to the appropriate department manager.
• Provide maps, information, and discounts to San Antonio attractions
• May answer inquiries pertaining to the resort's amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, entertainment and directions.
• Pre-Screen guests to see if they would be qualified to tour our Resort.
• Make sure the guests have the best guest experience at our Marketing booth.
• Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

What You'll Bring:

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoors
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.
• Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.
• Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another.
• Able to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Sales or marketing experience (preferred)
