Insight Global is looking for a secret cleared Business Analyst located near NW, Washington DC supporting a large government client. The BA will be responsible for assisting to codify a governance process for product development (e.g., define processes and metrics for user experience design reviews and where they fall in the product development lifecycle), and conduct market research to identify and evaluate appropriate, modern usability and product analytics tools for organizational review and procurement. Additionally, they will work with product teams to identify opportunity areas for user experience design initiatives and draft a multi-month roadmap that outlines the implementation of UX-forward approval phase gates.

Required Skills & Experience
- Secret Clearance
- Familiarity with product delivery and user experience design.
- Able to collaborate on change management projects across a layered, diverse organizational structure.
- Experience drafting a plan and/or roadmap for shifting an organization towards a new design practice, or other comparable software development practice. a) Must be an effective communicator (oral and written).
- Able to work professionally with individuals, the public, and diverse groups.
- Have well-developed time management and schedule coordination skills.
- Can demonstrate evidence and awareness of design process, systems thinking, and leadership and strategic alignment.
