Secret Business/Research Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Secret cleared Speech Writer/Research Analyst to join the team sitting out of Fort Belvoir, VA in support of a newly awarded Federal Program. The analyst will be responsible for the following:

* Assisting speechwriter with speeches and/or talking points for public appearances, meetings, and strategic speaking engagements.

* Edits content to reflect current messaging and the "voice" of senior leaders.

* Ability to generate quality written material, grammatically correct and appropriate for the targeted audience.

* Works with Strategic Initiatives Group (SIG) staff or other senior staff during the preparation, review, editing and approval process to produce high-quality final products.

* Works with stakeholders and key participants to ensure effective gathering of information for speech writing products.

* Maintains a comprehensive electronic archive of speeches, remarks, and presentations, both as prepared and as delivered.

* Works closely with the SIG leadership team to develop messaging for DLA's priorities and initiatives.

* Drafts and/or edit RTS emails, program letters, and other content and ensure it aligns with DLA messaging.

* Maintains awareness of OSD Strategic communications, news, initiatives, and events that will inform remarks and other written content.

* Other duties as assigned by Leadership commensurate with responsibilities that would typically be assigned to a Business Analyst.

Required Skills & Experience

* Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

* Experience:

o Minimum of three years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.

o At least three years of experience consulting, advising, and working with federal government customers.

o Proven ability to secure a CAC and DLA systems access on the first day of work.

* Skills and Competencies:

o Advanced knowledge of data analysis, research methodologies, and statistical techniques.

o Proficiency in data mining, predictive modeling, simulation, and data visualization tools.

o Strong strategic planning, performance management, and analytical skills.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

o Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

o Active Secret Clearance
