A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a Secret Clearance to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality. This is a temporary position on a military base. Pay rate ranges based on qualifications from $20-$25.00 an hour.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Active Secret Clearance is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
