Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared Digital Project Manager to support one of our largest clients in the DoD on a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will join the digital acquisition and sustainment team, to support the initiatives around digital transformation. This individual will specifically focus on utilizing agile methodology values, principles, and practices to effectively plan, manage, and deliver digital solutions and capabilities for acquisition and support documentation for programs. At the current moment this team is doing all physical documentation on paper. The goal this individual will be working towards is to create a digital space for documentation to be stored, updated, and viewable to the correct parties. This will be an ongoing solution, however this individual has a great opportunity to drive a new digital solution that could eventually be implemented by the Air Force in other divisions. This will require this person to work with product owners, leadership, and senior government officials to understand the overall vision of this digital space. They will develop reports and technical documentation of their progress. They will also work with other teams to ensure the goals, scope, and product backlog items are understood and can be fulfilled by team members. Additionally this person must be able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively with little supervision. Being proactive around resolutions is key for this role.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-haves:
7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management (Masters Degree accounts for 2 years of experience)
- Professional experience working within or in support of the DoD
- Experience Jira and/or Confluence
- Active Secret Clearance (with ability to obtain a TS)
- Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
