Secret Training Specialist

-Asses end-user training or coaching needs
- Prepare training content
- Develop and execute training activities, and sustain training support
- Ad-hoc remote training
- Manage on-demand online training materials and standard operating procedures
- Development of standardized classroom curriculum to train on existing capabilities
- Execute in-person and remote training.

Required Skills & Experience
- Must be local to the DMV and be able to go into the office in Arlington 1-2 times a week!
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of facilitation experience
- Experience with virtual and In-Person Training, Communications, and content design
- Experience with content design and client-facing training, in profit or nonprofit capacity
- Interim Secret Clearance minimum to start

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Active secret or top secret clearance
